This makes the perfect gift and has everything you need to clear your crown and third eye chakra, create a sacred space, and set clear intentions for anything you want to heal, manifest, or connect to.
+ Palo Santo - Also known as "Holy Wood" this sacred healer has a long spiritual history. It has been used in ceremonies throughout Amazonia for millennia. Its smoke clears low vibrational frequencies when burnt with gratitude and the healing intentions.
Hold over a flame until it catches flame, then let it burn for 10 to 15 seconds before you blow out the flame. It will continue to smoke as you carry it around your home and blow the smoke on anything you want to bless and clear. Run under water if it does not stop smoking on its own.
+ Copal, Frankincense, and Myrrh Mountain Sage Smudge Stick - Copal is a tree sap sacred to the native peoples of Mexico used to honor the tree spirits of this planet. Frankincense and Myrrh are tree resins that show one how to connect to other realms through meditation. Burn this sage & tree resin smudge stick with the intention of connecting to your intuitive and extra-sensory gifts while expressing gratitude for the tree spirits that project healing and grounding energy into the collective in every moment.
Hold your smudge stick over a flame and gently rotating to light it evenly. Blow on the lit end until the flame is no longer lit. You will see a bit of red on the tip of the herb where it is smoking, but there should be no flame. Hold your herb bundle over your abalone shell to catch debris. If the smoke coming from your herb bundle dwindles, you can blow on the burning end to strengthen the smoke.
+ Sweetgrass Braid - Also called Seneca grass or holy grass. this herb has a sweet vanilla-like scent and is burned to strengthen our connection to the earth, let us feel her love, and remind us that the earth provides us with everything we need.
Cut off a bit of the end of the braid that seems more dried out, is thinner, and has less green. Please place the cut bit of this special plant somewhere outside instead of throwing it in the trash. Light the cut end of the braid by holding it in over the a flame and gently rotate the braid. you may need to hold the sweetgrass over the flame for a 10 to 20 seconds to get it to start smoking. Blow on the lit end. You will see a bit of red on the tip of the sweetgrass where it is smoking, but there should be no flame. Light again if it stops smoking. Dip it in water when you are done to extinguish if it does not stop smoking on its own.
+ Abalone Shell - Abalone Shell serves as a reminder that beauty and light can always be revealed after a rough, rocky ride. it helps us deal with emotional turmoil and trauma, and enhances feelings of peace, love and compassion.
You can place your abalone shell on a plate and let your smudge stick, sweetgrass, or palo santo burn inside of the shell as you meditate, bless a space, or smudge yourself or your house.
+ Incense Matches - An incense match lights like a match and burns like incense. Each match book contains 30 strikes and is foil wrapped to preserve freshness. Connect to the element of fire and release therapeutic aromas to clear your space.
+ Smudging Feather - It is traditional to use the underside of a bird's feather to brush the Sacred herb smoke over the person or object when smudging. Offer gratitude to this bird, the element of wind, and all of earth's kingdoms before using.
